How it works

We assess your floor

A quick site visit to check your floor type, layout, and heating needs.

We mill the slots

Our milling machine cuts narrow channels directly into your existing screed, dust-extracted, no strip-out.

Pipework laid & tested

Water-based pipework goes into the milled slots in one continuous run and gets pressure-tested before anything is sealed.

Sealed, levelled, retiled

Slots are sealed and skimmed level, then the whole room's retiled fresh, at the same height or slightly raised depending which method you choose.

Connect to your heat source

The system connects to your heat source, existing or new, often an air source heat pump, and gets commissioned.
